Chef Frank Hagaman
Executive Chef Frank Hagaman joined the Sarasota University Club in 2000. Originally hired as sous chef for the Club he has since worked his way up the ranks. This experience has allowed him to gain an abundant amount of knowledge from the previous chefs that he had the privilege of working with. Chef Frank moved to Florida seventeen years ago from Brick, New Jersey and is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute.
During his time at the Club, Chef Frank has brought his sensible, distinct style of cooking to each area, blending the history and tradition that make it such a unique place. The Sarasota University Club members have truly enjoyed his exiting and creative dishes. As we enter into the coming year he is determined to create a dining experience that will please the palates of each and every member.
